Strategic's waste control service crews visit your residential communities to help maintain your trash areas and enhance the overall appearance of the property. Our service does not require any investments or upfront costs.

We provide the following on regular service schedules:

• Waste Control Audit & Analysis – Report to analyze and compare the volume of trash generated by your community against the volume of trash removed by a trash hauler to determine if the trash removal is over-serviced. This enables property management to align the trash removal with trash generated and save in waste removal expense.
• Waste Consolidation – Regular trash compaction and distribution to reduce airspace in trash and recycle bins, minimizing the number of bins or trash pickups required by your property. Trash enclosure cleaning and sweeping keeps the area nicer looking for current and potential residents.
• Waste Control Reporting and Monitoring – On-going reports monitor bin utilization, recycle effectiveness, trash bin abuse and bin enclosure disrepair.
• Recycle Programs – Evaluation, implementation and support of city or property management sponsored recycling programs. Assisting residents and maintenance staff in effective refuse and recycle sorting.
• Hazardous Waste Removal – Removal and proper disposal of illegally dumped hazardous waste generated by apartment residents. Items include: TVs, computers, small oil and paint containers, car batteries, etc. This removal is done in compliance with EPA standards.
• Bulky Item Removal – Removal and proper disposal of unsightly large waste items generated by apartment residents such as disposed furniture.

Additional services

Strategic provides other services commonly required to keep your property attractive and retain residents. These services are provided on an “as needed” basis and include:

• Trash-out service – Removal and disposal of trash and other items left behind in rental units when residents move out and leave these behind.
• Bulky item pick-up – “As-needed” bulky item removal service.
• Pressure Washing – Washing trash or parking areas and walkways.
• Christmas Tree Removal Program – Seasonal removal and disposal of trees.
• Trash Enclosure repair & improvements – Paint, stucco and other repairs.
• Porter & janitorial services – Regularly scheduled cleaning services.
